Susanna Mao has worked in the banking industry for over 20 years. Her last 13 years were with a prestigious bank as Vice President / Relationship Manager. While at East West Bank, Susanna was consistently one of the top producers in loan and deposit generation. Susanna's extensive background and experience in residential and commercial real estate financing will certainly be an asset to the company. Susanna is from Taiwan, she speaks fluent English and Mandarin.
 
 
HUBERT KING / Vice President, Broker Manager
 
 

Our sales team is led by Hubert King, a real estate veteran of over 35 years and who holds various designations that include CCIM, CPM – Certified Property Manager. 

A CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation is a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. A CCIM is an invaluable resource to the commercial real estate owner, investor, and user, and is among an elite corps of more than 9,000 professionals who hold the CCIM designation across North America and in more than 30 countries. Nearly 10,000 additional professionals are pursuing the CCIM designation.

CECILI WU / Transaction Coordinator

Cecili is from China, originally, and has been with Treeline since 2002.  Cecili’s responsibility is to coordinate and handle all matters to facilitate sales closing.  Cicili is well liked by customers for her friendliness and helpfulness.  Cicili speaks and writes fluent English and Mandarin.

RAY SHAO / Transaction Coordinator

Ray is from Taiwan, originally, and had work experience as a sales representative for 7 years in a computer company and as sales manager for Pacific Real Estate.  Ray is a graduate of University of Los Angeles, California, and joined Treeline, as a coordinator to handle all real estate related matters.  Ray speaks fluent English and Mandarin.
