The history of Treeline Realty is one filled with entrepreneurial spirit, hard work, vision and innovation.    Treeline Realty was founded in 2005, by a husband and wife team, Wendy and Tony Wong, who started their company in a leased 1000 square feet office space with three staff.  In a short span of four years, Treeline is now one of the fastest growing independent and widely recognizable real estate companies in the San Gabriel Valley. 

Wendy Wong was a trained accountant before she immigrated to Los Angeles, California.  She worked in a corporate environment as a marketing executive for 8 years.  The entrepreneurial spirit in Wendy guided her decision to enter the real estate industry in 2001, where she joined a local real estate company as an agent.  Through her hard work and innovative marketing system, Wendy continually won honors as the top producing agent at her previous real estate company. 

Wendy believed that her system for success could be replicated and had a vision of starting her own real estate company, so she could share her success system with other agents and prove that a new and small independently owned real estate company could compete effectively with the major real estate firms.  

		Through her husband’s encouragement and support, Wendy decided to start her own real estate company in 2005.  From her humble beginning, Treeline now has over ninety agents and operates out of its own 2-story contemporary style office building in California.  New agents are attracted to Treeline Realty for its positive and innovative business culture and for the company’s commitment to helping agents succeed.  Wendy welcomes both experienced and new agents to join Treeline Realty, where her staff and associates enjoy a pleasant work environment and where the company’s focus and goal is for complete satisfaction for both clients and associates.
