started the company in a small leased office space of 1000 square feet
and 3 staff. In less than 4 years, Wendy has grown the company from
humble beginnings to achieve the following milestones:
- Increased sales team to over 90 agents
- Increased sales volume by millions.
- From leasing a 1000 square feet office space to owning a 2-story office building.
- Establishment of a property management company, AM/PM, that now manages
over 300 apartment units for many satisfied clients.
- Establishment of a financing company that offers the most competitive loan program.

of a research division that provides the most current and accurate market information to our clients, to
help maximize the clients’returns with the right investment strategy.
- Establishment of a Commercial Division that specializes in the area of Apartment, Retail Mall, Office
